2027 Cattery Boarding Pass – Terms & Conditions

Please read these conditions carefully before purchasing your cattery boarding pass.

1. Purchase Deadline & Validity

• All passes must be purchased and paid for by 31 December 2026.

• Passes are valid for boarding between 1 January and 31 December 2027.

• All boarding days must be booked, confirmed on our system AND USED by 31 December 2027.

• Unused days cannot be transferred into 2028 and will expire, subject to applicable consumer rights.

2. Flexible Bookings

• Passes may be used across multiple stays.

• Both arrival and collection days count as chargeable boarding days.

• All reservations remain subject to availability and confirmation.

• Our normal minimum-stay and boarding requirements apply.

• Purchasing a pass does not guarantee specific dates.

3. Multiple Cats

• Passes are valid for the number of cats specified at purchase.

• Cats sharing accommodation must belong to the same household and be suitable for boarding together.

• Customers with three or more cats should contact us for a personalised boarding pass quotation.

• Passes cannot be transferred to another customer or household without prior agreement.

4. Existing Bookings & Deposits

• Existing deposits cannot be deducted from the purchase price of a new promotional pass.

• Where agreed, eligible deposits may be held separately as customer-account credit for another eligible booking.

• Existing deposit conditions remain applicable.

5. Existing Pass Holders

• Customers with unused days on an existing pass may purchase additional 2027 promotional days.

• Both balances will be recorded on their customer account.

• Each balance retains its own expiry date and conditions.

6. Cancellation Policy

Our normal cancellation framework applies, subject to fair and proportionate deductions and statutory consumer rights.

• More than 31 days before arrival: Proposed deduction equivalent to the standard 20% booking fee.

• Within 31 days of arrival: Up to the full number of reserved days may be deducted where justified by the cancellation loss.

For example, cancelling a 10-day booking more than 31 days before arrival would ordinarily result in a proposed 2-day deduction and the restoration of the remaining 8 days.

Where cancellation calculations result in fractions of days, the monetary equivalent will be used rather than rounding deductions upwards.

7. Additional Charges

• Passes cover standard cattery accommodation only.

• Additional care, medication administration, veterinary treatment and other additional services are charged separately.

• All cats must meet our normal vaccination, health and welfare requirements.

8. General Conditions

• Passes are available to existing customers only.

• All prices include VAT.

• Our standard boarding terms and conditions continue to apply.

• Nothing in these terms removes or restricts your statutory consumer rights.

By purchasing a pass, you acknowledge the applicable cattery boarding pass terms and our standard booking conditions.
